As a Customer Success Manager, you have the ultimate responsibility for the customer and are the customer's voice inside our organization. Together with the customer, we drive the customer's business forward and we want to be seen as their close partner. You will discuss everything from agreements to which partner will be the best fit for a specific purpose or simply just having lunch. You will get good knowledge of Norce Commerce and our partners' products and talk SaaS and best-of-breed every day! Working as a Customer Success Manager no two days are the same as we work with different customers in different industries with different thoughts, ideas, and challenges.
